In my previous post (Part 1) about making free Mobile phone wallpapers from your favorite picture, I explained you about an online wallpaper making portal called as Flauntr.Now in this part 2, let me use a Freeware known as 'Tonethis'(yes!,the same software which I used it to create custom ringtones ) to create the wallpaper.
Download and Install the software 'Tonethis' into your computer and watch the video for rest of the steps .
